Water professionals are invited to the biannual Texas Watershed Coordinator Roundtable. The event will be held in College Station from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Lunch will be catered by Texas Country Catering including: char-grilled beef or veggie burgers with all the condiments, chips, potato salad, green beans, cobbler, and iced tea for a cost of $10 or participants may bring their own lunch. RSVPs are required by January 6, 2016 by filling out the online form at the link below. Lunch can be paid in advance by check or credit card using the authorization form above or by paying with cash at the door. Please send in the lunch payment by January 6, 2016 by email to ndictson@tamu.edu or by mail by to Nikki Dictson, 1500 Research Pkwy, Ste 110, College Station, TX 77843-2260.

Parking is located in front of the building but We will have to pay $5 per vehicle for parking at the facility so we will need to who will need parking passes and who will travel together.

The main theme is addressing wildlife and exotic/invasive species in watershed planning and presentations/panel discussions will include topics:

  • Issue overview on Wildlife and Watershed Planning
  • Wildlife Populations in Texas
  • Bacteria Fate, Transport, Growth & Persistence Study Results
  • Panel on Management Measures for Addressing Wildlife Sources
  • Panel on Watershed Coordinator Efforts to Address Wildlife/Exotics
  • NPS Program Perspectives
  • Upcoming Trainings
