The event will be held in College Station from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Lunch will be catered by Texas Country Catering including: char-grilled beef or veggie burgers with all the condiments, chips, potato salad, green beans, cobbler, and iced tea for a cost of $10 or participants may bring their own lunch. RSVPs are required by January 6, 2016 by filling out the online form at the link below. Lunch can be paid in advance by check or credit card using the authorization form above or by paying with cash at the door. Parking is located in front of the building but We will have to pay $5 per vehicle for parking at the facility so we will need to who will need parking passes and who will travel together.
