The Water Rights Analysis Package (WRAP) Modeling System Users Group has met each Fall and Spring since the Fall 2006, with each meeting being hosted by a different agency or consulting engineering firm. The Spring 2010 conference will be hosted by the Texas Water Resources Institute. Anyone interested in making a presentation, or has a particular topic they would like to hear discussed, please contact Richard Hoffpauir at richpauir@tamu.edu. New users or interested non-users are invited to attend an Introduction to WRAP presentation by Ralph Wurbs from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. preceding the regular conference in the same meeting room.
